Barbara Turley

Barbara Turley is the Founder and CEO of The Virtual Hub, where she has spent more than a decade helping businesses scale through smarter systems, stronger processes, and strategic delegation. Since founding the company in 2015, she has led the growth of a global, digital-first support business that serves companies across a wide range of industries. Her expertise sits at the intersection of leadership, operational efficiency, business growth, delegation, and the use of AI and support teams to remove bottlenecks and free up high-value time. She has also been featured by Chief Executive, where she wrote about business scaling challenges in her article, “The Growth Bottleneck No One Talks About – And How to Fix It.”

Before building The Virtual Hub, Barbara worked in high-performance financial roles including equity trading and account management with firms such as Merrill Lynch, ABN AMRO Bank, Ironbark Asset Management, and Davy Stockbrokers. She holds a BA in English and Economics from University College Dublin. As a speaker, podcast host, and entrepreneur, Barbara brings real-world experience in building scalable companies, making her a strong voice on topics such as business scaling, leadership, productivity, and operational leverage.
