About Arnold
Arnold le Rutte is the Chief Operating Officer at The Virtual Hub, where he oversees a global team of more than 300 people and helps shape the operational systems, structure, and execution capacity behind the company’s growth.
Before joining The Virtual Hub, Arnold spent more than 12 years building and scaling businesses. During that journey, he developed a deep appreciation for how quickly organisations accumulate systems, processes, and operational responsibilities that nobody truly has the capacity to own. He believes many modern businesses are not suffering from a lack of talent, but from a lack of executional capacity – with highly skilled people increasingly buried in coordination, administration, and fragmented ways of working.
Having previously been a client of The Virtual Hub himself, Arnold brings both an operator’s perspective and firsthand experience with the impact dedicated support teams can have on business performance and leadership capacity.
Today, he works closely alongside founder & CEO Barbara Turley in a highly complementary founder-operator partnership, helping businesses rethink how work gets done and how modern teams create the capacity required to scale sustainably.
