Monalisa Chong

Monalisa Chong is the Vice President of People Operations and Experience at The Virtual Hub and a seasoned people and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience across outsourcing, offshoring, construction, and distribution. Her professional background spans human resources, employee relations, labor law compliance, people operations, and operational and service delivery. At The Virtual Hub, she has held senior leadership roles across both people operations and delivery, giving her deep practical insight into how organizations build strong teams, support performance, and create scalable people systems.

Monalisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Cebu and an MBA from the University of the Philippines. Her expertise includes recruiting, interviewing, labor relations, conflict and crisis management, HR systems, and Philippine labor law. With two decades of experience leading people functions in complex business environments, she brings authority to topics related to HR, employee experience, workplace operations, team development, and the people side of scaling a business.
