Ceciley Deverell

Ceciley Deverell is a Strategic Account Consultant at The Virtual Hub, where she works with businesses to identify the busywork, bottlenecks, and support gaps that hold growth back. Before joining The Virtual Hub, Ceciley spent four years leading agency sales for both Radio NOVA and Red FM, working closely with agencies across the Dublin market. In this role, she developed strong expertise in client relationship management, commercial strategy, and understanding the practical needs of businesses operating in fast-paced environments. She studied at the University of Colorado Boulder. With her front-line exposure to client needs and operational bottlenecks, Ceciley brings practical authority to topics around delegation, client support, growth-stage business challenges, and how companies can better structure work to scale.
