Johnrey Aballe

Team Leader

Johnrey has been working in the BPO/IT Industry since 2013. He started as a Technical Support Specialist for a telecommunications company in the United States. In a span of one year, he was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert and a Quality Analyst which involved data analysis and coaching. Given his excellent performance and leadership skills, he rose through the ranks from being a Quality Analyst to a Quality Supervisor, leading a team of eight Quality Analysts and overseeing around 200 agents. After getting certified in Six Sigma (Green Belt) and undergoing leadership training, he ventured from Quality to Operations, directly handling a team of agents as an Operations Supervisor.

He graduated with a degree in Information Technology with flying colours. He also held several leadership posts in school including the President seat of the Student Council. He is studying Law from the University of Cebu and is now in his second year.

Outside of work, Johnrey is a Science geek and an enthusiast in the realm of Physics. He loves to read articles about Antimatter and Quantum Mechanics. The vastness and the mysteries of the Observable Universe has and will always fascinate him.
