Daryl Zarraga
Systems Architect
Daryl has been part of the work-at-home BPO industry since 2010. He began as a text agent for a company that offered enhanced directory assistance for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Republic of Ireland, and eventually moved on to a project that offered government information and non-emergency services to residents of New York City. Throughout his stay in that company, he moved up the ranks to become a Quality Specialist and Mentor, all the while developing training programs, analysing data and trends of the business, and coordinating with NYC clients regularlyHe joined The Virtual Hub in May 2016, where he quickly gathered more knowledge and experience to add to his ever-expanding repertoire and landed the position of Technical Training Lead in early 2017. He developed a successful new ONTRAPORT Training Program for the company and is constantly working to improve the general, intensive VA Training Program and providing support for VAs who need further technical training. Ever curious and willing to learn, he also works with several other CMS and CRM platforms that are being used by clients of the Hub.
Apart from working at The Virtual Hub, Daryl is also a professional theatre actor, an experienced theatre program instructor, and an award-winning graphic designer and layout artist.
On his free time, he enjoys running, watching movies and TV shows, playing video games, and reading books.
