The Virtual Hub is the manifestation of my personal desire to pave that path for as many entrepreneurs as possible.

Hey there! I’m Barbara Turley, an investor and entrepreneur with a keen interest in scalable business models, systems, processes and automation, content marketing and the power of inspired and empowered teams.
Before launching The Virtual Hub I enjoyed a financial markets career that spanned 15 years and included being a trader for some of the world’s largest investment banks, successfully trading my own money, managing relationships with some of Australia’s largest wealth management businesses and becoming an early stage investor in a number of very successful, disruptive financial services companies.
Today, I am the Founder & CEO of The Virtual Hub – a business I started by accident that exploded in the space of 12 months to become one of the leading companies that recruits, trains and manages virtual assistants in the digital marketing and social media space for businesses who need to free up time and energy so they can go to the next level.
I am also mum to my gorgeous daughter Ruby, wife to my best friend and soul mate Eti and an adventure lover with a passion for horses, skiing, tennis and time out in nature.
WHY I’M HERE
Running several businesses myself and consulting and investing in several more I saw how pivotal great teams were to scalable business success but also how challenging it can be to implement. With a belief that entrepreneurship (without the overwhelm) is one of the best ways to push the world forward, I created The Virtual Hub to be the leading solution in the market for businesses looking to get help implementing their social media, digital marketing and business automation strategies.
Within weeks of joining The Virtual Hub, I have seen clients bring in more money, reduce overwhelm and fall in love with their businesses and lives all over again.
THE PROBLEM WE AIM TO SOLVE
Offshore outsourcing is touted as the panacea for business overwhelm, cost efficiency and business scalability. And while all of that is true, there are a lot of areas that trip even the most experienced business operators up along the way.
