Can you share with us how much The Speaker Lab has grown since we started helping to free up your time OR share some other positive business impacts experienced (in the case of no growth yet)?

“Our team has grown from 20 to 25 people and our sales team by 25%. We grew because of our Virtual Assistant’s help. We've been able to implement new systems and tools that have further streamlined our processes such as our business functions so that we don't have to hire even more support people. When our IT Manager went on leave for 2 months, we didn't have to hire another person to back up because our VA stepped in and has taken over and shared a lot of those responsibilities with me and the team. We have grown but we have not had to hire even more support people because we’ve been able to implement more tools and systems that streamline our workflows that allowed us to operate with even more efficiency.

Before The Virtual Hub, what problems/issues did you face in The Speaker Lab?

“Our IT manager was overworked. And we didn't have the internal support for handling the volume of IT support, administrative and technical database tasks. Our IT was very much stuck on low value but high urgency issues and was not able to work on anything larger and strategic to help build systems so that we could be more efficient. That or she was just overworked and was not doing the high strategy type of work that she now has the freedom to do.”

“We had reached out to a couple of other VA options; some of them were individuals, some of them were agencies and The Virtual Hub has the best onboarding and account management that I've ever seen anywhere and with any company that I’ve worked with.

If someone were to ask me, “Hey, I need to hire some VAs”, I would just point them to The Virtual Hub’s direction and tell them to not bother looking anywhere else. The way The Virtual Hub does their process saves us a lot of time. They pre-screen and evaluate their talented pool of people for us. We only had to have conversations with two or three people per position and that saves us time. We just make the selection and onboard the person.
