Finding the time to balance research-based tasks and more high level strategies plagued uSERP and its teams before The Virtual Hub. What made it work? Find out from Jeremy Moser's story below.
Would you like to share with us how much time you have freed up per week so far? / What % of your time have we freed up per week so far?
“It's been a significant amount of time that we've freed up by using The Virtual Hub. We have around five Virtual Assistants with you now at uSERP. And it's just been a tremendous help overall. It’s freed up my time, as well as other teammates times to focus on a few more tasks. It's hard to quantify the exact number, but it's such a large amount of time that it has freed up every week, and has really helped us move forward a lot of our tasks much faster."
Do you feel you have been able to use that time to focus more on business growth?
"Absolutely. It really does free up time for myself and some other team members to really focus on some more of the higher level tasks. It really helped them to just have that support to accelerate that growth”
If so, can you share with us how much your business has grown since we started helping to free up your time or share some other positive business impacts experienced (in the case of no growth yet)?
"There's been a really positive impact. I mean, it's been a while since we first started working with you guys at The Virtual Hub. I think around more than two years now at this point. Our business has definitely grown significantly. We now have around 20 people on the team including the virtual assistants. And so with the growth of the team, and then the business itself, the company has at least tripled since we've started working together. And it's been really a significant help from your side."
Before The Virtual Hub, what problems/issues did you face in uSERP?
"I think the main problem was was really just finding time to balance a lot of the research-based kind of tasks and then some of the more higher level stuff. It’s the struggle to get to work on that higher level stuff when we have so many low level tasks that add up over time. Those tasks look small when you're looking at them on a day to day basis, but they really add up over the month. And so having that support has been tremendously helpful for us."
What made The Virtual Hub stand out from other VA companies?
The main standout of The Virtual Hub is that the VAs come to us ready to hit the ground running. They have really good training behind them, they get up to speed very quickly & are able to quickly understand our processes & objectives really well. I think that goes to show that The Virtual Hub are really good at training people to hit the ground running fast! What’s even better is there’s not a lot of work that we have to do on our end, if any, to get them up to speed. It’s a really quick time to results for us
