Would you like to share with us how much time you have freed up per week so far? / What % of your time have we freed up per week so far?
"As you guys know, it takes a while and a lot of work to start creating the processes. But once we had a handful of them in place, I would say from the day to day work, our VA freed 30 to 40% of the work that I used to do."
Do you feel you have been able to use that time to focus more on business growth?
"100%. That time went from making minor updates on websites or just checking in on little things and doing minor SEO projects to now, being able to spend time building processes and thinking about new products and talking to new clients. I’ve absolutely been able to use that time to focus on growth.
If so, can you share with us how much your business has grown since we started helping to free up your time OR share some other positive business impacts experienced (in the case of no growth yet)?
"My company has grown by 150% over the past 18 months since we started working together. It’s been pretty, pretty great. And it hasn't killed me either which is even better. It also created some really interesting opportunities in my growth. There have been conversations with some other consultants to partner up because they see how well my my processes are and how I'm able to tackle bigger complex projects. So it's creating partnership opportunities that I'm exploring right now"
Before The Virtual Hub, what problems/issues did you face with Diving Bell Creative?
"If you want to get down to the core of it, I was just afraid to give up the work. I was afraid to sort of trust somebody with with my clients. And, you know, I just didn't I didn't know how to do this. So by taking that first step, it really sort of changed everything. Especially having somebody as smart and capable as my VA. It really made it so much easier to go. I can trust her with these issues.
